At Saverina, we’re defining what it means to wine and dine in Belleview Station, where we celebrate gathering together to enjoy delicious food made with the best local ingredients.

 

Executive Chef Christian GravesChef Christian Graves leads the helm at Saverina and Halo Rooftop Bar at Kimpton Claret Hotel. Chef Graves sources the best ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, and artisans in an effort to support the sustainability of Colorado’s local food systems. He prides himself on leading to make his team better and treats every day as a new adventure. Familiar with the Kimpton brand, Chef Graves joins the Kimpton Claret Hotel team from Citizen Rail and Limelight Denver Hotel (previously Kimpton Hotel Born).

When he is not cooking, Chef Graves enjoys fly fishing, pheasant hunting, alpine skiing, beer making and wine appreciating, backpacking, and any sport performed in the ocean.
